| We are recruiting for an experienced Office Manager for our client based in the Renfrewshire area. Reporting to the Finance Manager and managing a small team of staff the duties will oversee the following functions: Sales Ledger- Posting debtor receipts, control of debtor balances and credit control management, input of sales orders Purchase Ledger- Input invoices to the system, allocating creditor payments, Petty Cash/Expenses Accounts- Ensure month end posting deadlines Sales Support- Tender preparation Insurance- management of insurance and fleet records, management of claims Maintenance Helpdesk- Ensure all calls are logged and meet SLA's, meeting maintenance revenue targets Personnel- dealing with all aspects of HR and ensuring IIP standards are met The successful applicant will have proven Office Management experience with a hands on attitude. You will also have experience in some of the areas mentioned including Accounts and Personnel.
