Full Description:
The ideal candidate will have or is still working within the Recruitment Industry, preferably with some transport/haulage background. This is an opportunity to become part of a highly impressive and rapidly expanding organisation within the transport industry.
Main duties will include recruitment sales as well as dealing with some aspects of the recruitment process from Interviewing candidates, dealing with requirements of outside contracts and new sales development. Initial and ongoing training will be provided as well as a clear merit based bonus scheme.
Must be able to work to own initiative, stay calm and level headed in all aspects of the job and think fast in a very fast paced environment.
