Hansel Alliance is one of Scotland’s foremost charities in the field of Social Care, delivering an extensive range of support services to individuals with learning disabilities throughout Ayrshire. We are currently offering an exciting opportunity for a training practitioner to join our Personnel department where they will enjoy a supportive and team oriented environment and have the opportunity to broaden and develop their skills.

The successful candidate will have a passion for delivering high quality service, and will take a proactive approach to developing and delivering an outstanding training and development function to all levels within the organisation. In addition to CTP/CIPD qualification (or equivalent), applicants should also have:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Demonstrable organisational abilities coupled with a disciplined approach to their work
A flexible and adaptable attitude to the demands of the role
Experience of working effectively under pressure with conflicting priorities
