Hansel Alliance is one of Scotland’s foremost charities in the field of Social Care, delivering an extensive range of support services to individuals with learning disabilities throughout Ayrshire. We are currently offering an exciting opportunity for an experienced Health and Safety Advisor to become part of our team of dedicated professionals working within the Personnel function.

The successful candidate will have previous experience of devising and delivering in-house safety training courses, in addition to providing professional advice and guidance on all matters relating to Health and Safety, preferably within a Social Care setting.
In addition to NEBOSH qualification (or equivalent), applicants should also have:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Demonstrable organisational abilities coupled with a disciplined approach to their work
A flexible and adaptable attitude to the demands of the role
Experience of working effectively under pressure with conflicting priorities.
