Project Manager & Release Manager - Contract - Glasgow - 3-6 months

Location: Glasgow
Salary: £ based on experience

THE COMPANY
Our client is a global blue chip organisation with a number of high value high demand projects about to be released in the retail banking arena.

THE ROLE
Project Leader required for large scale retail banking projects, 3-6 months contract. This role will involve working as part of a large Project Team, reporting to a Senior Project Manager.

Release Manager required for 3-6 month retail banking project. Based Glasgow City Centre. This is a high profile position and ideal applicants should be able to demonstrate at least 3 high profile projects/releases, preferably in the banking industry.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS
Project Leaders require exemplary record in being part of a Project Team providing valuable input through the full life-cycle. Proven experience working with developers, use of planning tools, ideally primavera, excellent communication skills.

Rea lease Managers must be able to demonstrate at least 3 high profile releases, ideally within retail banking. Stakeholder management at a senior level, 3rd party management
Proven experience working with developers
Use of planning tools - Ideally Primavera
Excellent communication skills at all levels - technical and senior business levels

DESIRABLE SKILLS
Retail banking projects
Availability in the next 2-3 weeks
ITIL/Prince2 qualifications
Experience of Primavera planning tool
