Soft Services Supervisor / Team Leader - Inverness and West Coast

My client are a leading facilities provider with a strong presence in the North of Scotland. They are in search of a soft services supervisor to join their successful team in Inverness.

You will be involved in the supervision of up to 60 members of staff and in charge of the soft services for 5 sites in the North of Scotland ranging from The Isle of Skye, Portree and Inverness city centre. You will be predominantly responsible for the cleaning and janitorial aspects of the sites and will ideally have experience in a similar role.

The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills as will be working closely with both the client and subcontractors. The successful candidate will have supervisory experience and experience working with schools and cleaning contracts would be an advantage.
