THE ROLE
Location: Glasgow
Salary:£17,000 - £25,000 + Bonus
Benefits Package: includes 10% guaranteed profit share bonus, plus 15% pension contrinution and an uncapped performance bonus

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
The successful candidate must be a CeMAP qualified mortgage adviser with excellent questioning, listening and sales management skills and experience. Well developed interpersonal and communication skills and a strong drive to satisfy customer needs and exceed sales targets is desirable.
