GENERAL PRACTICE SURVEYOR
UK PROPERTY CONSULTANCY - UP TO £35000 BASIC, CAR ALLOWANCE, HEALTHCARE, ANNUAL DISCRETIONARY BONUS, GENEROUS HOLIDAY ALLOWANCE.

A General Practice Surveyor is required by a respected and well-established UK property consultancy to be situated in their Glasgow base.

The commercial portfolio of the company consists of a mixture of office, retail, industrial and leisure properties. The department has a plan of expansion for the coming year, and they wish to recruit a General Practice Surveyor who has a skillset and attitude that will enable them to maximise the potential for business development in the current market. The position has a bias towards valuation, however, an interest and capability to conduct rent review and agency instructions will also be required. The ideal candidate will be an ambitious chartered General Practice Surveyor, with a minimum of one year's experience post-qualification within the commercial property sphere of the Glasgow market. However, applications from surveyors who expect to become chartered in 2008, or are recently chartered, and who have the necessary drive, will also be very welcome.
