THE ROLE Sales Administrator
Location: East Kilbride
Salary:£13k - £16k
Benefits Package: TBC
Reporting to: Officer Manager


THE COMPANY

My client is a successful organization based within East Kilbride, who due to continued growth, wish to expand their team.

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

The successful candidate will support the sales team in their daily functions; therefore you must have first class communication skills and be able to work to tight deadlines.

Your daily duties will include:

Data entry when processing orders, ensuring accuracy at all times and keeping client files up to date
Typing correspondence and issuing invoices to clients
Assisting with completion and preparation of reports
Answering incoming calls to the office and route to the appropriate person
To assist in filing/archiving, copying, distribution and collation of post
To provide ad hoc support as and when required.


Candidates should be educated to Standard Grade Level, including Maths and English at Level 3 or above.
Previous administrative experience.
PC literate, specifically, proficiency in MS Office.
