The Company

Our client, a prestigious firm of solicitors, require an experienced Re-Mortgage Administrator to deal with Scottish cases on a six month contract, the position is based within their Glasgow office in Charing Cross.


The Job

Key Responsibilities:

· Liaising with brokers, clients and solicitors via e-mail, correspondence and telephone
· Dealing with complex re-mortgage transactions including transfer of title, discharges/postponement of security and title enquiries
· Updating the re-mortgage database and issuing appropriate correspondence
· Confirming that funds have been received and update the systems accordingly
· Providing advice and assistance to clients during the re-mortgage process

The successful candidate will have a minimum of one years Scottish re-mortgage experience, excellent customer service skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office are essential.
