In this role you will be the first point of contact for all mortgage related enquiries. Using the Common Processing System (CPS), you will taking inbound calls resolving queries and liaising with other departments. Another key part of the position is retaining exitisng mortgage holders by identifying potential leavers to the Mortgage Options team. Identifying people that may be interested in other financial products, you will use the Customer Relationship Management System (CRM) to transfer customers to the Consumer Finance sales team.

You will need to have excellent customer service skills and whilst previous call centre experience would be an advantage it is not essential. You should be confident on the phone and be able to navigate your way around a computer.
