THE ROLE Call Centre Investment Services Consultant
Location: Glasgow
Salary: £18,500

Reporting to: Investment Services Manager Team Leader
Through the highly professional management of inbound / outbound calls and written communications you will deliver a world class service to wealth management clients. Both client and project management will be an integral part of this role. Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, regular proactive telephone contact with the client case book, ensuring the application of current legislation to the likes of ISAs and Capital Gains Tax in the management of portfolios and identifying opportunities for cross selling other group products as appropriate.

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
The ideal candidate for this role will have a strong financial services background and will have experience of working in a contact centre environment. You will be able to demonstrate an understanding of Pooled Investments, Stocks and Shares, ISAs and PEPs . Aptitude in numeracy is essential as is strong written and verbal communication skills. A working level knowledge of outlook, word and excel is also required.
