My client is a leading service provider and is committed to staying one step ahead of their competitors, positioning their organisation in the market of tomorrow. They are a long serving building services company in Aberdeen who pride themselves on staff loyalty. The company are in search of a Technical Services Manager to join their successful Aberdeen team.
Ideally the candidate will have experience in Mechanical and/or Electrical works preferably coming from a trade background. Knowledge of facilities management and maintenance works would be advantageous.
Main duties of the role will include attending to programming of the M&E works and the fabric maintenance of the building. You will be responsible for over-seeing a team of nine specialist sub-contractors dealing with fire alarms/ lifts etc.
