My client is a leading refurbishment and construction company who have continually set new standards of customer satisfaction. They pride them selves on having a diverse workforce that can take on a number of challenging projects. Due to expected growth they are looking for an experienced site manager for the Aberdeen office. If you are a proactive individual who places a high importance in the quality of work that you complete and an importance of working in a reputable team then this role will provide you with those opportunities.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing large scale refurbishment projects on high end commercial builds. You will be an enthusiastic and motivated individual who can keep the project on time and to the required health and safety standards. Ideally you should have an up-to date CITB and CSCS card and be a joiner to trade.
