| Our client, a highly respected Building Contractor, is looking to recruit a Contract Manager for their base in the North of Scotland. Working across numerous sectors including housing, education, health and defence they currently have a number of sites including Elgin, Inverness and Buckie. You will be responsible for running several projects up to £10m and duties will include; - Managing projects from inception to completion - Meeting with clients - Dealing with architects and sub-contractors - Making sure that the project is running on time and on budget - Reporting back to the Construction Manager The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in Project Management with the knowledge of having successfully delivered high value commercial projects. A trade background would be advantageous but not essential. This is an excellent opportunity for any individual wishing to pursue a career with a highly successful contractor.
