Project Architect with demonstrable experience since part III required to join a small busy architects practice.
Client:
My client is small progressive Architects Practice situated just outside Aberdeen. Currently working on medium to large-scale projects ranging from 1 to 8 million. The practice was setup in 1978 and has enjoyed steady progression since.
Job:
Reporting to the director this is an exciting opportunity to join their small team with both short and long term prospects. For the right candidate the possibility of directorship is achievable in a few years.
You: The ideal candidate will have comprehensible experience since Part III and will be capable of running the architects office when required, so Admin skills would be advantageous.
In return you will be rewarded with an attractive salary up to £40,000 depending on your level of experience. However this figure is negotiable and a flexible benefits package will also be included.
