This is an excellent opportunity to develop your Java / J2EE career within an established organization in the centre of Glasgow, working on a number of enterprise wide applications.
THE COMPANY
High profile financial services institution with city centre office and a world wide network.
EXPERIENCE
You should have extensive knowledge of Java, J2EE, Unix, HTML & Sybase (DB2 or Oracle would also be considered) having worked with these on at least two of your last three projects.. You will have a willingness to learn and an ability to quickly pick up new technology and business logic.
The current team have an excellent track record and are keen that new entrants will have the same ambitious, proactive approach that has won them such accolades. Candidates must show the ability to interface directly with the business and show the initiative to take basic business needs and turn these into solutions.
The client are currently looking to enhance their development environment. As such prior experience or an interest in the following should be highlighted on any applications. Spring & Exposure to .Net
