Due to increasing demand for its Financial Services Business, our client, one of the UK's largest Estate Agency chains, seeks more Mortgage Consultants to add to its growing sales force.
Based in branch, you will be responsible for maximising the sale of mortgage and NU life products. You role primarily will be to qualify mortgage leads as well as maximise on cross-selling of Life Products.
Observance of all compliance requirements, administration in accordance with company policy and procedure, provision of high level of customer service in line with Best Advice principles, maintain levels of product knowledge, legislation and selling rules.
While demonstrating at least two years experience in face-to-face, multi-tied or whole of market environment, you will be a highly motivated and target-orientated mortgage professional.
Successful candidates will also possess an excellent telephone manner, along with the organisational and interpersonal skills required to work unassisted and to deal with clients at all levels. In return, you will be rewarded with a generous basic salary package along with uncapped OTE.
A car allowance, full administration and IT support will also be provided.
