Customer Services Advisors are required to support one of our clients, the worlds largest independent third party transaction processor, providing financial services institutions with tailored solutions for in-house or out-sourced transaction processing.

You will be providing excellent levels of customer service to new customers who have queries about accounts, balance transfers, card issues and other features.
These calls are inbound. You will provide a quality experience and promote additional products to customers.
Working in a city centre location you will work 5 days out of 7 and 37.5 hours per week - shift patterns will be between 8am and 10pm.
Key Requirements
Confident telephone manner
Proven track record in customer service and sales (up-selling/cross selling)
Excellent keyboard skills, and good PC literacy
Ability to work in a fast paced environment and multi-task to achieve excellent results
Enthusiasm and dedication to success and achieving targets
Experience of the financial services would be beneficial, however full training is given
