THE ROLE
The role holder will work in an energetic team environment within a Contact Centre, responsible for leading a team of up to 12 International Personal Bankers, driving their performance to meet agreed service levels and prescribed quality standards with the aim of providing world standard service to our clients.
The candidate will contribute to the delivery of exceptional business performance and will be responsible for coaching, training and developing the team. The role holder will also will carry out regular quality checks and observations to ensure each individual in the team is following correct processes such as identification and verification of clients, and giving consistent and correct information.
THE EXPERIENCE
The right candidate will be able to support their team through positive and inspirational leadership. Capable of working under pressure and able to prioritise and manage own workload whilst providing excellent support to their team.
The candidate will have good understanding of International Customer Propositions and knowledge of internal/external legislation, including Data Protection, Money Laundering, Complaint Handling and Know Your Customer. The role holder will be able to demonstrate leadership skills such as coaching and planning work activities and the ability to inspire and motivate team members to deliver world standard service.
