With this success it has led to the requirement to strengthen and enhance all aspects of the business but in particular the commercial discipline. Role/Responsibilities With the fast growing nature of the business, you will preferably be someone either already in a similar role, or someone with a number of years experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor who is ready and able to progress to a more mangerical role. It is an office based role and will involve pre-contract and post-contract work on a number of projects (both East and West) overseeing the Site Quantity Surveyors and providing commercial support and contractual advice on projects. Leadership and strong commercial reporting qualities within a maincontracting organisation are essential.
