The Company

Our client is the countrys leading housing and regeneration specialist. Working in partnership with housing associations and local authorities, the company specialises in mixed tenure developments operating at the cutting edge of urban regeneration to create truly sustainable communities. With this success it has led to the requirement to strengthen and enhance all aspects of the business but in particular the commercial discipline.


Role/Responsibilities

With the fast growing nature of the business, you will preferably be someone either already in a similar role, or someone with a number of years experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor who is ready and able to progress to a more mangerical role. It is an office based role and will involve pre-contract and post-contract work on a number of projects (both East and West) overseeing the Site Quantity Surveyors and providing commercial support and contractual advice on projects. Leadership and strong commercial reporting qualities within a maincontracting organisation are essential.
