Our Client is a leading international construction and property consultancy offering expertise in cost consultancy, project management and management consultancy.

The company were founded 90 years ago and has nearly 20 offices throughout the UK, Ireland, France and Spain. Internationally they have 60 offices and over 2,000 staff.

A need for a Quantity Surveyor has arisen. You must have a minimum of a BSc degree in Quantity Surveying and demonstrable post graduate experience in the UK. The client requires you to work closely with a senior quantity surveyor on two university projects in Edinburgh valued at £26m and £40m.

You will either be working towards your APC or have passed it within the last two years, the salary will reflect your situation.
