THE ROLE - Inbound Customer Service Advisor

Location: Glasgow

Salary: £13,350 + bonus + Health care + Pension

Benefits Package: Free Gym Membership, Bonus and great benefits package

Reporting to: Customer Services Team Leader

First People Solutions require Customer Service Advisors for our client based in Glasgow.
The working hours are shift patterns between 8am to 7pm and would cover 5 days out of 6, no Sundays.
This role would suit a candidate interested in pursuing a career in Financial Services

THE COMPANY

First People Solutions require experienced call centre customer service advisors for our client, a leading financial service organisation.

EXPERIENCE

You should have a minimum of 1 years experience within a customer services role, this can be someone from a call centre, retail or hospitality background - as long as you show a steady work history! You must also have a friendly telephone manner, lots of team spirit and a real commitment to helping the customer.
