Position: Customer Service Advisors - Urgently Required

Location: Glasgow City Centre

Salary: up to £14,500 per annum plus benefits

Experienced Customer Service Assistants are urgently required for our global client based in Glasgow city centre.

Working on projects specific to this client, you will be responsible for:
· Delivering high levels of customer services.
· Responding to incoming enquiries via telephone, email and other methods.
· Taking ownership of any queries, issues or complaints.
· Liasing with other parts of the business when required.
· Assisting with any administration or reporting work required.

The successful candidates will have excellent customer services skills preferable from a telephone based / customer care environment. Excellent communication skills are essential.
