Are you a Quantity Surveyor looking for real project involvement and the opportunity to make a contribution to a successful business?
Quantity Surveyor required to join well-established Scottish firm of Chartered Surveyors. This position will enable you to work within a flat structure offering real project ownership and client involvement. As well as being employed within a relaxed and friendly environment, you will have the opportunity to further develop your career by working on a wide variety of projects.

Now in its 25th year, this company now operates from four offices across Glasgow and the West of Scotland enabling them to provide a bespoke service built on communication and strong long-term relationships.

Recently completed projects have covered all industry sectors, but they are particularly strong in Social Housing and Healthcare. Project values have varied from £50k to £20m. Although Quantity Surveying is their core discipline they have now diversified by providing Project Management, Employers Agent and more specialist monitoring roles.

There is currently an excellent opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join this expanding team. The successful candidate will have completed BSc(Hons) Quantity Surveying and gained experience within a similar PQS firm. It is essential that all applicants have first class communication skills and a desire to excel within a client-facing role.
