Chartered Quantity Surveyor Job Spec / Background Our client is a forward thinking, industry leading organisation that currently requires a chartered Quantity Surveyor who's career aspirations reflect our clients desire to remain at the forefront of their industry. The successful candidate will be encouraged to progress within the organisation and possess the ability and desire to act as both Project Manager and Quantity Surveyor to suit the client needs. Role The succesfull candidates work load will consist of a combination of retail, education, and residential/commercial developments. Main work stream currently from retail sector Schools Projects - New build (4nr) Potential Work with residential / commercial developers.
