Position: Account Manager

Salary: £14,000 per annum plus bonus

Location: Glasgow

Our client is looking for an Account Manager to be responsible for client care and support to the management / sales team. You will be organised, proactive and resourceful. Duties will include:
· Delivering high levels of customer care demonstrating professionalism.
· Answering client queries in a polite and helpful manner.
· Client ownership.
· Troubleshooting.
· Updating clients on latest products.
· General administration support.

The successful candidate will have previous customer service; will be diligent, hardworking and professional. The right person will progress within the company.
