THE ROLE Skills Development & Comms Specialist
Location: Glasgow
Salary: £25-35K

Reporting to: Head of Personal Investment Management
Responsible for design, delivery, and management of the Training & Competency scheme and the online training library. Organise bespoke training requirements for the business and to deliver operational business/technical solutions to enhance the client experience culture.

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
The ideal candidate for this role will have experience of:-
Successfully developing and implementing training strategies across people, process and technology to maximise results.
Good numerical and analytical skills gained within financial services and a positive "can do" attitude.
Proven track record in coaching and developing staff, mentoring and stand up training delivery.
Extensive experience of forward planning and organisational capability in producing, monitoring and delivering on project plans is expected.
Satisfy the FSA criteria for an approved person and demonstrate the ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment.
