Full Description:
Medium sized, busy private practice in central Fife seeks a project running Architect to work on a mixture of community based projects in the local areas. As this practice has been established for thirty seven years and has built up a name within the Fife community and the local public sector bodies for the standard of its Architecture. The practice currently employs circa ten staff with a mixture of designers and Architectural Technicians and is seeking an Architect that would feel comfortable managing projects and mentoring Architectural Technicians.

You would be rewarded with a highly competitive salary, pension at 5%, private healthcare, xmas bonus (equivalent to 1 month salary), holiday entitlement of 24 days and paid mileage expences. The practice in some cases may pay for professional subscriptions (RIBA, RIAS) and also pay for training (in AutoCAD opr other relavent subjects).

The practice has around forty jobs at various stages;
Projects range in value up to £2m

- Office Projects
- New Build Contemporary Residential
- Work w/three housing associations
- Nursing Homes
- Self sufficient / Sustainable Architecture
- Regenerations / Masterplans of local sites and buildings

You will be;

- Project Runner
- Technicaly extremely experienced
- AutoCAD
- Experienced with various stages of the building process (inception to completion)
- Experienced in a variety of sectors
