Full Description:
New Job Vacancy - General Practice Surveyor
Permanent Job - Salary £25k - 30k (healthcare, discretionary bonus).
Glasgow G2, Scotland

A new job awaits for an experienced General Practice Surveyor with a genuine interest in working on a broad variety of client instructions on a daily basis, including valuation, rent review and agency.

A General Practice Surveyor is required to join an emerging force in the Glasgow property market. With an already established client base, this company has plans to forge ahead with a plan of expansion in the coming year and wishes to create new contacts in their existing areas of business, which range from private to corporate clients, in particular, banks and property companies. Led by three directors, they currently provide the following property services: Valuation, Rating, Agency, Investment, Management and Rent Review. Since their formation through a merger a few years ago, they have been based in a city centre office a few minutes walk from Central Station.

The key requirement for this role is that interested parties have experience and a keen interest in a range of services. A good grounding in commercial valuation is key, as is competency and an interest in rent review and agency instructions. The Directors of the company wish to place more emphasis on business development in the coming year, and so they want to leave some of their existing business in good hands. Individuals who can display initiative, potential and the capability to quickly and efficiently grasp their own instructions are ideal, and whether recently chartered or with the bulk of your APC diary complete with a view to becoming chartered in April 2008; your interest would be extremely welcome.

This job offers responsibility, a certain level of autonomy and genuine career progression for self-motivated individuals.
