BUILDING SURVEYOR
£30-35000 basic, car allowance, stakeholder pension, discretionary bonus, generous holiday entitlement and continuous professional development.
An established Building consultancy requires a Building Surveyor for their Glasgow office, situated in the West End. They have a plan of expansion for their Building Surveying department, and wish to recruit an experienced chartered surveyor to undertake their instructions from clients in healthcare, further education, local authorities and social housing. They will also be dealing with existing instructions in the commercial market, which will increase as per the business plan for this year.
The ideal candidate will be chartered, and will have a desire for field-based, rather than office based work. They should be open to travel, as they will be expected to undertake instructions that are geographically further a-field on occasion. Applications from candidates who are recently chartered and who place an emphasis on building on their existing skill- set to attain a good degree of further practical experience.
