| A UK leading property consultant is looking to recruit a Chartered Building Surveyor to join their successful and dynamic team in the Edinburgh Office. The salary is dependant on experience and qualifications but candidates can expect a sum in the region of £40,000. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their career into senior position within a private practice consultancy. On a daily basis your work might involve: Carrying out ad hoc instructions from clients that may cover: -Major refurbishments projects -Fitting out office space for public and private sector clients -Contract administration -Dilapidations -DDA -Planned Maintenance -Condition Surveys -Acquisition Surveys -Development Monitoring. -Liaise with current clients and develop new business My client will offer the following a generous benefits package, which is dependant on your experience and level. Ideally, you will hold a degree in building surveying or similar, and be a chartered RICS member. In conjunction to this you will have demonstrable experience covering the aspects of building surveying highlighted above.
