Project Running Architect

Global private practice seeks talented Project Running Architect with industry experience. You will have proven project management ability coupled with excellent people skills, you should have hands on experience with the design and delivery of projects.

You would be offered an extremely competitive salary including; annual leave of 20 days and public holidays of around 8 or 9 days per annum, pension, healthcare and an annual bonus.

The practice has a number of projects at varying stages and you would be reporting directly to an Associate Level Architect on some extremely high-profile projects, with the opportunity to work on international Architectural projects.

Typical Projects include:

-Speculative office developments
-Town Centre regeneration / redevelopments
-Edinburgh based further education building
-High Spec Performing Arts Centre
-Sustainable project (Further Education)

You will have:

-Part III RIBA qualification
-AutoCAD
-Experience on concept to completion of projects
-Presentation ability
-Project Running ability
-People Management Skills
