THE ROLE Intermediate Surveyor
Location: Central Belt
Salary:£20 - 30K plus Benefits

Reporting to: Divisional Surveyor

FPSG are currently handling an excellent Intermediate Quantity Surveying opportunity within the Major Projects division of a National Contractor. This position will allow you to expand your hands-on surveying career and coming from a Civils Construction background you will possess the hunger, drive and enthusiasm others aspire to. This position has been created due to an ever increasing workload and internal promotion.

Our client is a main contractor who currently has projects in a variety of areas. The projects include large industrial units and all associated civil and infrastructure works. Refurbishment contracts for blue chip companies, train station regeneration contracts, specialist bridge construction and refurbishment contracts, as well as many large scale civil engineering projects.

With a BSC or HND in Quantity Surveying as well as 2-5 years experience in major projects, you will be expected to handle take-offs, re-measurement and to prepare valuations. This position is based in the Central Belt and offers a fantastic package for the most dynamic of Surveyors. Career progression is also a possibility as the company will always look internally for the next tier of management.
