The Job A varied job providing administrative support within a mortgage team:- - Processing all new instructions from clients, contacting Business Managers if any information is missing - Processing and allocating from department email relating to abandoned cases, instructions, file request etc - Filing documentation - Sending documents off for registration and obtaining the relevant cheque - Producing and completing daily reports - Assistance with cover for the Customer Service Team taking messages from Branch Managers and Solicitors The successful candidate will have either prior office based clerical experience or be a recent college leaver with an HNC or above in a legal discipline.
