Full Description:
With excellent opportunities available for you to develop your career further, this top 10 firm is currently looking to recruit an experienced Business Services Manager to join their growing department.

You will be responsible for :

• Managing a portfolio of clients and their accounts requirements.

• Managing staff from trainee to qualified level in order to complete various accounts preparation assignments.

• Managing client and third party relationships from initial set up meetings to on going service issues: building trust and monitoring service standards: responding quickly to client needs.

• Providing accounting solutions through knowledge of UK GAAP and UK tax to ensure clients manage their business in the most tax efficient manner.

• Managing Business Services team by scheduling, supervising and reviewing work to ensure appropriate standard. Coaching and developing and conducting appropriate reviews and appraisals.

• Reporting to directors: managing within authority limits: reporting appropriate results and statistics, attending management meetings, etc.


You will ideally be ACA / ACCA qualified with post qualification experience and be motivated to provide the highest quality service to clients through effective management of the team.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal with an ability to liaise with people at all levels is essential as are excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively for self and other members of the team.
