Full Description:
Our client are looking to recruit a Quantity Surveyor. The salary on offer, depending on your experience, is up to £30,000 plus a company car or a car allowance and additional benefits. You will be located in the Loanhead office very near to Edinburgh with good transport links. You should have a minimum qualification of an HNC/HND in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering. You do not have to have experience in road maintenance projects but you should have a willingness to learn. Our client have been appointed by Transport Scotland to manage and maintain the Trunk Roads in the North and South East of Scotland including the prominent strategic routes, the M8, M90 and the Edinburgh City By-pass. They are seeking Quantity Surveyors/Measurement Engineers to contribute to this exciting and high profile commission working on Scotlands Strategic infrastructure network with an annual contract value in excess of £40m.
