Full Description:
Managing over 2 million acres of land and property, my client is one of the UK's largest firms of rural property consultants. From 18 offices across the UK, they manage the property assets of a wide range of clients from private individuals to public bodies. Due to an increased work load they are looking to recruit an Architectural Technician to join their office in Fochabers.

Projects include: Domestic, New Builds, Conversions and Agricultural Buildings including steadings and residential works.

Candidates will be educated to at least HNC standard and will have will have a working knowledge of UK building and planning regulations. You will also be proficient in AutoCad software.

Your responsibilities will include:
*Design work using AutoCad.
*Site Surveys for site plans.
*Disposals and warrant applications.
*Contract Administration.
