Full Description:
As General Manager for operations, you will have experience in either the oil and gas industry or offshore works. Managing a number of functions within the company, you will possess an appreciation for the necessity of good Human Relations in the workplace and specific training for personnel, as well as confidence in your managerial and leadership skills.
Specific responsibilities will include:


Ensuring site works and resources are managed by the site teams and targets are clearly understood.
Organising and guiding senior personnel in the development of a high value land bank.
Verifying, with the Commercial team members, tender packages, pre-qualification, negotiation and contract particulars.
Monthly reporting to the Board of Directors in respect to current and future business.
Ensuring the quality of product reflects the companys professionalism and identity and active participation in raising the profile of the Group.
Identification of potential land acquisitions with necessary appraisal and due diligence presentation for consideration.
