Full Description:
THE ROLE Collections Team Leader
Location: Glasgow City Centre
Salary: £16k + OTE £3600
Hours: Monday - Friday 8am-5pm (40 hrs per week)

Our client is an established Global Telecoms and Internet Services Provided in Glasgow city centre and now requires an experienced Collections Team Leader.

Main duties are:

Contact commercial and residential accounts by telephone and letter for overdue/outstanding debt. Outbound and Inbound contact required.
Deal with and assist in resolving customer disputes
Deal with queries from other departments
Prepare files for and liaise with 3rd party debt collections agency
Assist with Failed Direct Debit and Credit Card payment mail merges
Printing and sending out of reminder letters
Assist with any other daily Collections tasks

You must have collections experience and be able to work on own initiative. This position will start immediately for the right candidate.
