Full Description:
We have an urgent requirement for an Application Support Engineer to work at our clients site in Glasgow city centre.

You will be required to provide first and second line support role on enterprise class applications with a Microsoft software, SQL database bias, to work as part of a support team in a application support / problem solving role on ICT services delivered by our clients, on a platform based around: Microsoft Windows environment, Microsoft .net, asp.net, SOAP web services, SQL2005.

Skills & Experience:
Previous experience engaged in a first or second line support role on enterprise class applications.
Application maintenance with XML, Microsoft SQL2000 or later as the primary database language, and good working knowledge of T-SQL.
Conversant with XML and XSLT.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Sharepoint is essential!!!
