Position: Assistant Management Accountant Required!

Salary: £20k - £30k plus benefits

Location: Glasgow

Prime Commercial Staff require an Assistant Management Accountant to form part of a team who deliver transactions and analytical support to Management Accountants. With a proven track record in a similar role, duties will include:

· Contributing to the delivery of the Review of Financial Management Plan.
· Act as point of contact for all budget holders.
· Income and Operational expenditure.
· Allocating monies.
· Supporting monthly forecasting processes.
· Assisting in preparations of submissions for financial planning cycle.
· Providing analytical support to the financial assurance cases.
· Various other duties.

The successful candidate will either by newly qualified or in the process of gaining a recognised accountancy qualification. You will have experience of:
· Budgeting and forecasting of income and expenditure.
· Detailed analytical review of income and expenditure to explain variances.
· Reporting to budget / stake holders.

Experience from a multi-stakeholder organisation would be a distinct advantage.

This role will require some travel as well as occasional weekend and evening work.
