| Position: Administration Assistant New Opportunity! Salary: £15,500 per annum Location: Glasgow City Centre Our client, a presitigous global company based in Glasgow City Centre are looking to recruit an experienced Administration Assistant to support one of the busiest teams in the company. You will be responsible for providing support to the department, duties and responsibilities will include: · Recording and distributing mail · Answering incoming departmental calls · Typing of correspondence · Updating and maintaining databases · Maintaining records and files · Maintaining diaries, contact numbers and travel schedules · Preparing Minutes of Meetings · Greeting visitors to the department · Organising and arranging catering services · Organising travel arrangements and hotel bookings as required · Providing reception cover as required. The successful candidate will have a proven track record from a similar role. You will be professional, a good communicator and have a flexible working attitude.
