Position: Part Time Receptionist

Salary: Equiv £6ph

Location: Glasgow City Centre

Our client, professional Management Offices based in the heart of Glasgow City Centre are looking to recruit a professional Receptionist on a part time basis.

With previous experience in this field, you will be responsible for:
· Dealing with incoming telephone calls.
· Answering customer enquiries when required.
· Greeting visitors.
· Processing mail.
· Typing correspondence.
· Managing diaries.
· Any other duties required.

Hours of work are Monday to Wednesday, 9am - 5pm (though the client may consider 9.00 - 1pm on the Wednesday). This role is permanent, therefore will not suit students returning to study. A proven track record in a similar role is essential.
