THE ROLE Financial Reporting Manager
Location: Glasgow
Salary:£40000
Benefits Package: Bonus + Substantial Benefits

Due to continued, sustained and planned growth, this major international employer is looking for a new Manager to assist with the development and expansion for one of their financial reporting teams.

You will be involved with a number of matters, including:

oPreparation of monthly management accounts and the reconciliation of accounts and balances
oMonthly financial statement sign-off and analytical review
oAnnual preparation of statutory accounts under various GAAP requirements
oAd hoc improvement initiatives and improvements

You should be a qualified accountant with the ability to think critically, challenge accepted processes, and suggest alternative solutions. You should be self motivated, with a desire to succeed and keen to develop yourself professionally and personally. Flexibility and the ability to multi-task are also important as you will be supporting a growing and dynamic business.
