THE ROLE - Client Services Director

Location: Glasgow
Salary: circa £60,000

THE ROLE

You will be accountable for leading a several teams which manage the delivery of all service tasks across a number of areas, including probate management and stock and cash closures. Your main responsibility will be the delivery of a first class client experience, ensuring that all communication with both internal and external clients is of the highest standard. Delivery evolution will form a key element of this role i.e. reviewing, developing and improving both the business unit structure and the services provided. With a responsibility for several client servicing teams, critical to success will be your direct reports, who will require leadership and management to ensure a consistent message is communicated down through the business.


THE EXPERIENCE

As the successful candidate you will possess proven leadership and people management skills particularly second-line management level. Highly desirable is someone who is a natural change manager who will be comfortable in a fast growing and complex environment. You will be able to demonstrate a depth of commercial understanding of the businesses in which you currently work display in a depth understanding of the Investment Management Sector.

You will also be able to demonstrate the following:
ostrong leadership skills such as coaching and planning work activities
oability to inspire and motivate team members to deliver world standard service
oexperience and an excellent record of managing and developing staff within a relevant environment

It is highly desirable that you have had experience of managing multiple teams in a financial services environment.
