Brand new and exciting opportunity for an experienced and qualified TRANSPORT MANAGER to join a busy head office in the Lanarkshire area.

This company offer a wide range of haulage solutions including, temperature control, hazardous/chemical transportation, good management and of course warehousing and general distribution.

There is an excellent benefits package including car and the salary may be negotiable for the right individual - The hours of work will generally be office hours, however flexibility is required.


The details are commensurate with the job role, in addition you must have experience with the following:

Business development - You will be expected to keep on top of competitors' and generate new business.

Man management - You will be responsible for up to 20 employees at the one time.

Teamwork - You will be in a position where there will be 2 supervisors/managers working with you at any given time.


You will be able to demonstrate achievements within the industry and have a proven track record.
You will have change management experience and have the ability to implement and supervise.
Ideally you will be familiar with temperature controlled haulage, hazardous/chemical and of course general distribution.
