The Role:

· Develop and close a pipeline of qualified business opportunities through proactive sales contact.
· Regularly achieve sales targets.
· Report sales activities and plans to Sales Manager on a weekly, monthly and ad hoc as required
· Build strong customer relationships.
· Be accurate when ordering products and services by using eContract when appropriate.
· Create leads for either the Field Sales Consultants and or any other BTLB Partner (for example Dacon, North Supply etc.) and where and when appropriate, make appointments for them.
· Develop customer contact strategies.
· Keep yourself informed on any changes to BT’s product and services portfolio and any changes in pricing.
· Work such hours as are required to meet the responsibilities of your role and to maintain the service necessary to meet our customers needs
· Use the BTLB systems
· Arrange for demonstrations and or demonstrate systems.


We require and individual who can tick all of the following boxes:

( ) Liaise at director level within a variety of markets which will include both public and private sector.
( ) Strong Relationship building skills

( ) Must be capable of prioritization of multiple tasks.

( ) Must possess the ability to work autonomously.

( ) Identify and generate new base business.

( ) Ability to work harmoniously and effectively as part of a team.

( ) Proficient in MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel and MS Outlook.

( ) Be driven and determined.

( ) Self motivated.

( ) Ability to communicate at all levels.

( ) Flexible approach to meet the business requirements

( ) Sales focused individuals with a tenacious nature and a desire to succeed and progress
( ) Enthusiasm / Positive, highly proactive and “can do” attitude / Team player
( ) Proven track record of consistent over achievement of business targets
( ) Excellent communications skills (written, presentational and inter-personal)



In return we offer an excellent salary of £15k to £20k, with an uncapped earnings potential.
