Customer Service Advisor - Data Up to £ 14,305 Skypark, Glasgow We love being at the forefront of new developments; offering customers all the latest products and services. But with such innovative technology, technical support is crucial. If youre always on top of advancements, you could be the perfect person to lend a hand. Whatever the problem - internet access, synchronising PDAs, or mobile phone email access - youll be the first point of contact. To resolve queries first time, youll need to ask the right questions and adapt to the customers knowledge level. Of course, youll have plenty of back-up. In fact, youll be working in a state-of-the-art contact centre, complete with helpful team members, chill-out areas, games consoles and a subsidised coffee bar. Ultimately, youll be building customers confidence in O2. So youll need customer service expertise, plus initiative and great problem solving skills. Youll also need to know about current and future devices; mobile and PDA functionality and Windows operating systems.
