Full Description:
You will be charged with developing and growing your own specialist section within the Health & Safety sector and will be responsible for all aspects of the recruitment process - initial client meetings, candidate sourcing and selection, interviewing and job filling.

You will be a person who thrives in a targetted, fast paced sales environment, is confident and self motivated and who is excited at the prospect of being involved with the development of a new Recruitment Brand for Hays and the recognition that will go with it.

Experience working in a target driven sales environment or within an equally challenging role will be an advantage. A driving license is required.

All promotions and career progression are done on merit, company car, pension and sharesave schemes are available after a qualifying period.
